Grow your pest control business
A lot of contractors think they need a bigger ad budget to get steady homeowner calls. Sometimes they just need a better way to be found. Cleanoccur Pest Control sends requests from homeowners in Burlington and the Burlington area to independent providers.
This is not a job with Cleanoccur Pest Control. You stay independent and run your own business, crews, prices and schedule.
Who we are looking for
We want local providers who handle things like:
- General residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches and crickets.
- Bed bug treatment.
- Rodent and wildlife removal.
- Home termite inspection and treatment.
You do not need to offer all of them. Tell us what you do well.
What we expect
Homeowners are trusting you with their houses. So we ask providers to:
- Hold the licenses and insurance their state and local rules require.
- Explain findings and options in plain language.
- Give written quotes before work begins.
- Treat homes with care and keep disruption low for busy families.
- Be honest about timing and what a job can realistically achieve.
- Handle wildlife humanely and within the law.
How the referral model works
Homeowners send a request, and we route it to a fitting provider. You contact the homeowner, inspect and quote the job. The homeowner pays you for the work. Network terms, including any fees for requests, are shared before you join.
We do not promise a set number of requests. Volume depends on your area, services and season.
How to apply
Send a short email to contact@cleanoccur.property. Include:
- Your business name and the services you offer.
- The towns you cover.
- Your license details, where required.
- The easiest way to reach you.
